1. PLANT ASSOCIATES: Candidates with All India Trade Test( AITT) NAC after completing ITI with 3 years experience in operations and maintenance of steel plants.
2. DIPLOMA ENGINEERS: Diploma in engineering in mechanical/electrical/electronics or instrumentation from a recognized institute with 2 years experience of working in a steel plant.
3. PLANT OPERATIONS/MAINTENANCE/QUALITY/ANALYTICAL/APPLICATION ENGINEERING PROFESSIONALS: Graduate engineers ( Mechanical/Electrical/metallurgy) having 2 years experience in a steel plant/process plant in operations/mechanical/electrical maintenance or quality /application engineering functions.
4. FINANCE/ACCOUNTS PROFESSIONALS: CA’s /Cost accountants having minimum experience of 2 years in similar functions.
5. HUMAN RESOURCES & INDUATRIAL PROFESSIONALS: Post graduates /MBA in HR/PM & IR from a recognised university with 5 years experience in similar functions.
6. COMPANY SECRETARY/ LEGAL PROFESSIONALS: company secretary preferably with L.LB and 5 years experience as company secretary of a listed company.

Maximum age limit: for serial no 1 &2 – 26 years as on june 1, 2012 ( 29 years for SC/ST candidates) For rest of positions-35 years.

Service agreement: at the time of joining, the selected candidates will have to execute a Service agreement.

The compensation package will commensurate with qualification and experience and will include cost of benefits like HRA/medical insurance LTC etc.
